PPF (Paint Protection Film) application is a meticulous process that requires evaluation, preparation, training, expertise, the right equipment and above all a love and passion for cars. In order to begin the PPF application process our detail specialist will decontaminate your vehicle, through another deep cleaning, which will remove further grease and stains. During this process, our team of experts pay extra attention to the areas highlighted on the previous Detail Inspection. Now your vehicle is ready for paint correction. A process that repairs many of the imperfections highlighted in the inspection which assures your car is in perfect condition to receive the film and ultimately shine it’s best.
Now that the vehicle is ready to have the PPF applied, our specialized technician using Top Guard’s state of the art software and plotter, plots the film that will fit precisely onto your vehicle. This sheet is then handed down to our PPF Certified Specialist that will meticulously extract the film from the plotter. Application of PPF is an art which requires talent, training and patience as the film must be applied properly without any wrinkles, bubbles or lose areas. A process which should only be attempted by experienced professionals who have mastered their craft. Once installed, the film must curate in a climate controlled environment for at least 24 four hours. Avoiding exposure to sun, hot temperatures, dirt and dust.
